This wine, considered as a tradition of the Loire Valley, is a blend of several noble grape varieties from the property : Folle Blanche for the vivacity and fineness ; Chardonnay for the aromas and fruitness. The wine goes through a one year secondary fermentation in bottle to reach its full expression.
